We are 6 weeks into the new year and we just passed a year which was declared “Year of Mobile”. In many ways it was true. People increased their shopping activity on mobile devices and in some countries mobile internet usage passed desktop usage.
People are shopping on the move via their smartphones and tablets. And, they are also displaying cross platform behaviour. They may start the search at a coffee shop on a tablet and later on they might continue to do so on a desktop at their office.
