About the Presenter
James Seidman is a Senior Travel Account Executive for Google, Inc, based out of Google’s Seattle, Washington office. Founded in 1998, Google has since become one of the world’s most recognizable and influential companies, with a yearly economic impact over $90B in the United States alone. With the mission “To organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful” and a global purview, Google’s products and services positively affect people around the world.
Mr. Seidman’s tenure at Google started in 2006, at Google’s Mountain View, California global headquarters. Since joining the company, he has driven massive growth for major partners in the entertainment & media, technology, and travel industries. Over the past 7 years, Mr. Seidman has held 6 titles across 7 different teams (total) while building Google’s advertising & partnerships businesses. Recently, he has partnered with executive teams at prominent global online travel agencies to drive revenue & margin growth for their businesses via improved product and marketing strategy, streamlined organizational alignment, and enhanced use of Google solutions.
He holds a Bachelors Degree from Dartmouth College, and he is a recognized expert in marketing strategy across multiple industries. He has been published in the New York Times, Boston Globe, Oregonian, and other publications on a variety of topics. He originally hails from Lake Oswego, Oregon, and currently lives in northwestern Seattle with his wife, Lia
